D&E complies with all national and international laws protecting personal data and with guidelines and all other relevant codes of practice: the fundamental principles to data processing, purpose, accuracy, restrictions and confidentiality.
D&E adheres to the codes of conduct / industry standards of AMA, ESOMAR, EphMRA, SAIMO, AMAI, ABEP y ACEI.
All members of our staff receive updated training in Adverse Events and Ethical and Legal Requirements, Anti-bribery and Anti-corruption policies. Staff training includes standards relating to business practice and professional ethics.
D&E has written job descriptions for all employees who works on contracted services.
D&E focuses in an intensive and formal training of interviewers.
D&E signs confidentiality agreements with its clients and with the team of interviewers assigned to the project. When necessary, doctors sign informed consents regarding handling of personal data and release of information to the sponsor.
